A little more about Jack...
My name is Jack Floyd. I started tinkering with motorcycles at an
early age. In 1992 I decided to take my tinkering to the next level; I
attended MMI in Phoenix, Arizona and started working at a local
Harley-Davidson® dealership in 1994. I stayed at the local
Harley-Davidson® dealership until 2000 when I moved to the Big Island,
Hawaii for employment at their Harley-Davidson® dealer.
In the fifteen years of my career I have attended several
Harley-Davidson® courses offered for technicians. I achieved the rank of
Master of Service Technology, level 5 before leaving Harley-Davidson®
dealers for good.
Tired of driving in circles for almost 5 years, I returned home to
Indiana. With the help of Chris Moore, I opened the doors of Happy
Jack’s in October, 2004 at Freedom Cycle.
It’s been a real pleasure filling the needs of my customers in Northern
Indiana, without the restrictions of dealership rules and regulations!
Looking to the future, I hope to keep providing good service at good
prices; respect for the customer is always a top priority!
